Returns & refunds

Contact us within 14 days of delivery (the date your tracking shows as delivered). Requests after 14 days are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.

We will help with a refund or replacement when:

• The item arrives damaged or broken
• You received the wrong item or a missing part we sold you
• The item is materially not as described on the product page

Change of mind (unused item in original condition): you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. If approved, you usually pay return shipping, and we refund the product price after we receive and inspect the item. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable unless we made an error.

We cannot accept returns of items that were used beyond inspection, washed, altered, or returned incomplete without our written approval.

1. Email support@sunlira.com or use the contact form.
2. Include your order number or tracking ID, a short description of the issue, and clear photos (damage / wrong item / packaging).
3. We reply within 1–2 business days with next steps. Do not ship anything back until we confirm and send a return address.
4. If a physical return is required, we email the return mailing address for that order. Use tracked shipping and keep the receipt.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we approve the claim (and, when a return is required, after we receive and inspect the item). Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

If we offer a replacement instead, we will ship it after confirming stock. Replacement shipping follows the same international transit window described on our Shipping page.

Most U.S. deliveries arrive about 7–25 days after dispatch. If tracking shows no movement for a long stretch, or the parcel is marked lost, email us with your tracking ID. We investigate with the carrier before issuing a reshipment or refund.
